There are only 20 Vendor Booths Available, We will be selling booths by section, first come first served!
If there are unsold booths before our deadline to sell booths we may need to move your booth to fill in spaces.

With 93 food vendors dishing out the finest from East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, and Asian Fusion—including 20 legendary NYC street food vendors—this event is a foodie’s dream come true. Add in live performances, cultural activities, and more, and you’ve got a festival you can’t miss.
We were told that they are expecting around 10,000 attendees per day.
I was able to get a special discount for you all at $800 for the weekend ($266 a day) for a 10’x10′ Booth. Original price was $1000 ($334 a day)

Anime Night Mart Terms & Conditions
Vendor Items: Vendors are not allowed to sell anything derogatory such as adult toys and firearms. Each vendor must provide a description of the type of business being conducted in the booth. Anime Night Mart LLC reserves the right to have items removed that are considered inappropriate.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, or casualty. Anime Night Mart LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with their operation. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives, and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the event.
Vendor Booths: Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission date, placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have reserved; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment.
Two Business Per Table Maximum: You may share your booth with one other vendor, please enter information of both businesses at checkout.
Booth Set Up: Vendors provide their own tables, chairs and displays. (We have a limited amount that we can rent out, please email if needed)
Acceptance: Anime Night Mart LLC reserves the right to decline any application for booth if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the event. All vendors are subject to approval by Anime Night Mart LLC.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anime Night Mart LLC from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or related to the operation of the Vendors at the event.
Dream Asia Food Fest Terms & Conditions
Vendor agrees to set up their facilities for sale by 11:00 pm on the event date, and shall remove their facilities for sale from the event premises no later than 11:59 pm on the same day.
Vendor agrees that their facilities for sale will remain open from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm during the event, unless otherwise informed by the Organizer
Vendor shall ensure proper quality of products sold and comply with all applicable laws
Vendor will employ adequate staff at Vendor’s own cost throughout the event
Vendor will not serve alcoholic beverages or products containing alcohol
Vendor agrees to remove all generated trash, waste, and personal belongings from the event premises no later than 11:59 pm on event dates; any and all violations are subject to trash removal fees
Vendor agrees to utilize equipment and property provided by the Organizer properly and with care; any and all damage to equipment and property are subject to damage fees
Vendor is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage on property brought onto event premises and assumes full responsibility for any and all personal items left at event premises.
Vendor understands that the event is vulnerable to bad weather conditions. Organizer is not responsible or liable for loss, damages, harms, or impacts whatsoever caused by bad weather
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Organizer that results from the acts or omissions of Vendor and/or its employees, agents, and representatives
