They wanted us to charge vendors $350 for a 10’x10′ Booth but I was able to talk them down to $275 for the day! You can split your booth with one other vendor if you would like, please put both shop names if this is the case.
They expect anywhere between 5,000-15,000 attendees! It is going to be a much larger activation than 2024. They are shutting down Spring Mt. Road & Wynn, and also taking over Shanghai Plaza! They will be doing more marketing than last year for sure!
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** We do not supply canopies, or tables. Also all canopies must be fire retardant, if not Fire Marshall may have you remove your canopy! We also do not supply battery powered led lights and or any lights for events that go into the night. Please bring your own and be prepared.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Items: Vendors are not allowed to sell anything derogatory such as adult toys and firearms. Each vendor must provide a description of the type of business being conducted in the booth. Anime Night Mart LLC reserves the right to have items removed that are considered inappropriate.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, or casualty. Anime Night Mart LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with their operation. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives, and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the event.
Vendor Booths: Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission date, placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have reserved; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment.
Two Business Per Table Maximum: You may share your booth with one other vendor, please enter information of both businesses at checkout.
Booth Set Up: Vendors provide their own tables, chairs and displays. (We have a limited amount that we can rent out, please email if needed)
Acceptance: Anime Night Mart LLC reserves the right to decline any application for booth if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the event. All vendors are subject to approval by Anime Night Mart LLC.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anime Night Mart LLC from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or related to the operation of the Vendors at the event.
